Hi Dharani.... there are various methods of contraception... Like Contraceptive pills, Copper T, calender method, Coitus Interruptus, and Condoms... Contraceptive pills and Copper T have many complications and side effects.. and my advise is to avoid them as much as possible... Calendar method is not always successful if the periods are irregular and other reasons.. Coitus Interrptus: is withdrawing penis before ejaculation and avoiding internal ejaculation but it is very hard to control.... So my personal advise is to use condoms... it not only prevents pregnancy but also from the infections.... and there are other benefits...as they are lubricated then minimum pain during initial insertion, and many more...
