Hi, I am 33 year old male from New Delhi. For the last 1 month, I have abdominal infection. Every morning, stool is firm but feels like whole stomach is not cleared. After that almost after I eat anything, there is frequency of bowel movement with acidic semi loose or loose stool 3-4 times a day daily. Stool also has dark color with foul smell like medicine smell. Taken PAN-D course of 10 days, then OFLOTAZ-OZ and SPAS course for 3 days, and then nor-metrogyl plus and Aciloc RD course for 3 days. Nothing helped me. Please suggest what to do and what this disease is.
