Sir I am hearing problem I can hear from right ear my left Ear totally dead doctor advise for microsurgery but that is not granted this problem is last 50 years now I am 68 years Old what do sir.

Hello Sir, Your hearing issue is chronic and with only left ear. Your treatment planning depends on others factors like if there ia history of ear discharge, any history of vertigo and ringing sensation in ears. You need to get a hearing test done. Then after CT scan if required, which will determine the treatment plan. Mostly at your age, hearing aids are adviced rather than going for surgery after ruling out any definitive surgical indication.
