Dear Doctor, I am a 60 years old male and still working. I used to do regular exercises 5 days a week for 40-60 minutes each day. Yesterday I had a health check up but couldn't consult with the doctor with result as he was so busy. Now I am traveling and may not be able to see him this month. My results is as follows. Please go through the results and advice me whether have to take any medication or not. Fasting glucose 127 mg Post prandial 159 mg Uric acid 7.1 Total cholesterol 255 Triglyceride 198 mg HDL 49 LDL 166 VLDL 40 Report: Impression: Tiny cyst in left lobe of liver Left renal cortical cyst TMT Result: good exercise tolerance Normal HR &BP response No significant symptoms No Arrhythmias Echo: conclusions No regional wall motion abnormality Good Ventricular systolic function.
