I am 23 years male who have tired of unpleasant noise in my ear. I am facing tinnitus at episode a few months ago severity while jogging, playing etc. I prefer most its home remedies and thus searches on internet and found ginko giloba, one of its remedies but I don't know how to use it and extract.

This is a hearing test to determine if your nerves responsible for hearing are affected or weak. This is a common cause for tinnitus. Ginkgo biloba is commonly used to treat this condition. There are over the counter multi vitamin and antioxidant combination medicines which are available which contain ginko biloba. You can try them as well. You have mentioned that you have nasal allergies. Severe nasal allergies also affect the ear and could cause tinnitus. Please take medication for the same and keep them under control. I would recommend visiting the closest ent surgeon as well for a thorough ear nose throat examination for optimal treatment.
