Hello lybrate-user, you can take your fruits between breakfast and lunch i.e. Mid morning (around 11ish) or in the evenings. It is better to avoid eating fruits along with your regular meals. Also never replace your meals with fruits. Even if you are a diabetic, you can consume any fruits but the quantity matters. You should know to adjust your portion size accordingly.
