I'm diagnosed with diastolic dysfunction grade 1 with fast and irregular heart beat and extreme fatigue. My BP is under control but having violent palpitations. I have also too much productive cough. I have no swelling at any part of body. I can't walk in proper fashion. SOB with mild exertion irritated me. I am on beta blocker, calcium channel blocker and diuretic, but didn't find much relief. Please advise me. THANKS.
