I am a woman of age 34. I am too thin, but am physically fit. I do not have tendency to gain weight. Please suggest how can I increase on my healthy fat.

Hello, to gain healthy weight, try to have 5 -6 frequent meals instead of only 3 heavy meals in a day. Try to eat every 2 -3 hours. Include dry fruits, milkshakes, rice, rajma, chole, pulses, eggs, paneer, cheese sandwiches, sweets in your daily diet. Add an extra chapati to your meals.
