I am 21 years old. I want to increase my weight. Can I take protein? I going to gym daily so I need to increase my protein intake.

As per your weight you need 100 to 120 gm of protein per day depending upon your activity level. You can take it from food .keep in mind that you need to fix your overall diet .but if you have serious fitness goals you should consider taking whey protein.(it should be only 20 % of your daily protein intake)

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
