Water - when to drink and when not drink explain it ,we should have to maintain any time difference between food and drink water ?thanks.

Don't drink water before taking food, during eating and half hour after taking food U can drink water except above through out day for frequently.

There are no hard and fast rules. It all depends on the intensity of thirst. Drink a glass of water whenever you feel thirsty. You can drink sips of water when eating food to help you swallow the food. You can drink a glass of water an hour before and after any meal. On an average you can drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday.
