Hello Lybrate user, if your teeth are protruded outward then the only treatment is orthodontic treatment. Now in order move those teeth inwards space is created by removing premolar tooth from each quadrant. The space will completely close, in fact after completion of treatment no one other than dentist will be able to recognise the missing tooth. I do not think this will make any hurdle in SSB, if the space is completely closed. If you are strictly against the removal of premolars their is a surgery which is called orthognathic surgery, which involves displacement of maxilla the bone holding your upper teeth. You can ask your orthodontist for details.
