Dear Lybrate User, tooth sensitivity can be attributed to a lot of reasons. It could be a decayed tooth, a receding gum, abraded neck of tooth, chipped off enamel, tooth erosion due to gastric acid reflux etc. The best solution to your problem would be to immediately get your teeth examined by a dentist. Prevention is always better than cure and small issues snowball into irreversible damages. So if it's something minor, the dentist would be able to take immediate care of it so that you don't have to fear any big treatment procedure in the future. Rush to your dentist, at the earliest. Be well!

You may do the following. But don't expect one day miracle. You will have to do it regularly. Start a vitamin C and if you can then a multivitamin is more preferable. Massage your gums with mixture of turmeric and a little amount of salt. And if there is tar formation then go to a dentist and ask for scaling. As it cannot be removed otherwise.
