I am a non vegetarian over the last 2 years after pregnancy I have increased my weight from 56 to 66. I want to reduce my weight by at least 6 to 7 kgs. Please tell me how should I proceed?

hello mam,take high fiber diet . take plenty of fruits. take plenty of water. have small and frequent meals. take luke warm water before and after meals. take luke warm water with aloe vera juice. take fix amount of food. take lemon water , coconut water, veg. juice, veg. soup.do stretching exercise and cycling alternate days. do walk daily.
