Hello, My sister is 21 years old and was diagnosed with PCOS 3 years back. In PCOS it is said to minimize the intake of dairy products such as milk and all. I want to know what substitutes she can get instead to maintain my calcium levels. Also suggest a suitable diet for PCOS removal. Thanks.

Hi, PCOS is a lifestyle disorder wherein you primarily need to reduce body weight and increase physical activity. Diet may be modified by avoiding high fat /junk food. You may avoid full cream milk but you can certainly have toned milk/ cow milk. Also have high proteins like paneer, soya, fresh fruits, salads,.
