I have hashimoto thyroiditis. Total thyroidectomy 3 years ago. My tsh is 180 and stays that level. Feel awful and er does not seem to care. Im on synthroid 200 mcg. Is something I should be worried about?

Usual requirent of thyroid hormone is less than 200 micrograms for hypothyroid. And it seldom requires 300 micrograms or more, and in that situation one should look for malabsorption, drug interaction or poor compliane as the cause. Please consult an Endocrinologist.
