Hi welcome- I Advice you to take more protein with carbohydrate . more water, fluids, veges, fruits like banana, dry fruits. you can add ENSURE whey or similar global safe Supplement for muscles growth. continuous practice , follow up of diet , some exercises can help you if you are really serious.
