Hey I'm 25 years old, and my weight is 53 KGs, I want to increase my weight please help me out with some diet to get my weight back.

Kindly add these daily. 2 glasses of milk in the morning and night. 2 cups of curd daily with lunch and dinner. 1 cup of pulses daily. 1 egg/pc chicken/fish or paneer every week, 2-3 tsp of ghee daily with food and about 8-10 nuts daily. Also include dates, raisins, figs every day. In the main meals, increase portion size by 20%. All the best.
