Mam I am 17 years old and very weak and my health is very bad bones and muscles are very thin and I don't no which type of doctors I consult please help me.

Well u need to take high protein in diet,,take lots of green veggies...lots of fruits..take walnuts,,almonds,,dates,cashew daily..take brocolli,,spinach...with this u need to do regular exercise..
