It's a misnomer. Get away from any kind of suppliments which claim good health. Sometimes they can be harmful to the body also. Eat normal home made food ( more of fruits and vegetables ) and exercise everyday. Learn yoga and avoid all bad habits. Go for regular annual health check up and take the doctor's advise.
