I am daily drinking Coconut Water. But My body is thin .So is its ok continue or to stop drinking Coconut Water. Will it affect my body and reduce more weight.

Hi dear, Coconut water is full of minerals and micro minerals in it. It is good to drink it daily. You may continue drinking coconut water. But it will not give you fat for weight gain.

Hello, Coconut water is a natural isotonic drink which is low calories.You don't lose or gain weight due to its regular consumption.Its a healthy practice to have it,but one cannot rely on it for weight loss/gain.
