Hello, Start once you have completed a month of delivery.Start with mild exercises like stretching,mild walks etc.Watch your food carefully eat lots of green,low fat dairy products.Have lots of water,fresh fruits and vegetables.Start at earliest as most of the babies at this age tend to sleep a lot,so you can find a lot of time for yourself.
