This is my first month of pregnancy. I feel very tired and sleepy all the time. I am working. I feel too sleepy in office. What to do? I am facing indigestion too. Please help.

hi, first trimester your body need more energy for development of foetal growth and also fir uterine function.. avoid fat, junk food it can aggravate your digestive problems. drink more water. eat more vegetables and eggs. daily take one glass of milk. avoid salt contain food..
