Hello doctor my question is. My wife is not attend regular periods and also suffer from thyroid and over weight. She is 34 years and 5 feet tell almost 80 kg. She also not interested in sex relationship. Where I go for first treatment .she is not a happy Person.

Hello- It might be possible that your wife is experiencing major hormonal disturbances which is manifesting as different form of disease. Its better to improve her diet and daily schedule to target the root cause of the illness. Its better to consult a good ayurvedic doctor as only ayurveda can provide you the treatment with holistic approach keeping all the things in mind. Medications or treatment for a single disease of symptom will not be beneficial for your wife.
