Hi all I have tummy problem is there any solution to reduce the tummy, am on diet control and walk daily .PLease advise

Hi, don't drink chilled water, drink normal water, reduce intake of rice, potatoes, sugar and early morning have lemon lukewarm water and most importantly do yogas which help in reducing fat from tummy which are bow pose, cobra poses, mandukasana, kapalbhati but do it under yoga instructor.
