I think I am suffering from vitiligo. My lips has white patches and some white patches are in my face. It's at starting stage. What should I do?

U have to understand one thing that vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder means your own body cells are reacting against your pigment producing cells which produce melanin ,due to destruction of these cells you get vitiligo that is white patches .Vitiligo sometimes can be associated with thyroid disorders and many times its genetic .Treatment depends on whether its stable or unstable ,stable vitiligo means there are no new patches from last 1 year .Treatment is in the form of creams and tablets and later stage surgery if it doesn't respond to creams and ointment.
