Gym is not the only solution. Anyway have patience and do not go for weight lifting till you learn the basics of Gym routine exercises. Its also important to check your fitness level before starting GYM. So please visit a doctor and get some investigations done (like CBC, ESR, blood sugar, Thyroid test, Liver profile test, renal profile test, Urine tests etc ).
