I am nt able to get peaceful sleep. Everyday I get disturbed sleep. Body pain, head pain, I have food properly but I reduced smoke. Please suggest me something.

Relax, do yoga and meditation. Have light dinner .keep a gap of 2-3 hour betwen dinner and sleep. Do not sleep in day and do exercise

Change your life style change your diet stop smoking Do not use tea or coffee after 3 pm sleep daily at the same time make your room pitch dark no cell phones tv 1 hour before sleep have a early dinner For more specific advise as to sleep like a baby naturally without medicines take a consult.
