Hello, I just want to increase ma ejaculation period. I ejaculate with in 2 minutes. And I get sexually aroused very quickly like if I see my cleavages of my girlfriend my penis gets erect so quickly. And I think it can be prevent premature ejaculation. Please suggest me any kind of exercise or medicine or trick. I just want to be last longer in bed anyhow.

Dear Lybrate user, Premature ejaculation is a very common phenomenon experienced by most males at some point of time in their lives. So it is ok if you experience it once in a while. However, if you still want to increase the time period before ejaculation there are certain ways that might help. 1. While being intimate with your partner, try to be in the present and do not worry about ejaculating as that thought in itself can make you feel anxious and interfere with your performance. 2. When you feel aroused, take deep breaths and try to maintain calm. 3. Shift your focus on your partner rather than monitoring and analysing how your body is reacting. Try these methods and see if they help. Otherwise, consulting a clinical psychologist on one to one basis would also help as the reason for premature ejaculation could be better understood and the subsequent treatment comprising of specific therapies and techniques could be provided.
