Dear sir I have done my BMI in which my muscle mass weight is very less and body fat is up to 40% from my total weight so kindly advice how to gain muscle mass and loose body fat? What routine should I go for my age is 36 female.

hello you need to take a healthy balanced diet along with regular exercise regime for 5 days a week. include seasonal fruits and vegetables and sprouts. start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight with apple and green tea. drink plenty of water. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. take fruits as mid meal. do exercise like brisk walking, cycling and stretching exercises. for detailed diet plan you can consult. thank you
