I was vegetarian for about 17 years. I started taking non veg about 1 year ago. Since then I am facing acid and gas problems. Last few days I felt little discomfort in my lower left side of stomach. Please suggest what to do.
Adapt a healthy life style and follow the routine . Have food in small portions. Exercise everyday as it can fine-tune the digestion and overall metabolism. Eat simple and easily digestible food.
