Hy. I am doing? exercise daily from 3 months ,but I didn't get weight ,I am 180 cm (height), and my weight is 59. So can I take Endura mass? Is there any side effect? And what if I stop it taking after 2 file. Does it effect?

With exercises you may not be taking adequate diet with required proteins. Endurance mass is NOT the answer - it can prove harmful actually with complications.
