U can suggest him to have a steady girl-friend, which cud solve is sex urge also and wud also gv him better understanding of relationships with the opposite sex which he seems not to understand currently. For him the opposite sex is a mere sexual urge currently (from what you are pointing) and with better relationship with the opposite his situation could be much improved as he would start respecting them for other values too.
