MORNING - HEAVY BREAKFAST AT 9 AM AT 12 PM - FRUITS (ONE PLATE OF DIFFERENT VARIETY) AT 2 pM- LUNCH AT 5 PM -FRIUTS AGAIN AT 9 PM - DINNER IN MORNING & EVENING HAD ONE GLASS OF MILK.
