Hi lybrate-user, a big congratulations to both of you for being parents of lovely daughter. ask your wife to have nutritious diet with full of fibres (green salads and green vegetables), Do include healthy and good fat and protein in diet like soaked almonds, walnuts, Milk, butter milk, Pulses and legumes i.e. Malka daal, rajmha etc. !0-12 glasses of water intake will also help her to maintain good health and reducing belly fat. Regarding exercises (if doctor has allowed), ask her to start with walk and include few yoga exercises like 1. Can do the Bhujangasana or snake pose to lose the fat around belly. 2.
