do regular exercise, daily massage your body with Tila ( sesame) oil, take proper diet,milk,cows ghee in regularly,fresh fruits,dry fruits,green vegetables,protein rich food, proper sleep. Dear lybrateuser, - To increase your weight you have to increase your muscle mass by having a well balanced diet with more of proteins & doing regular exercises - have more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts - have a protein food item with each meal & also as a snack in between meals to consume more proteins - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, also do moderate weight lifting 2-3 times a week, include yoga & deep breathing in your morning schedule to keep yourself fit - weigh yourself once a week to monitor your weight gain.
