I am hard gainer nd unfortunately I don't have rich diet .but I am planning to fix my daily routine .so if I will add lab tested whey protein in my diet and penutbutter .it will help in gaining weight My future diet plan Breakfast: 2 paratha with butter and 1 glass milk After 2 hour 2 banana In lunch :5 chapati with dal, rice and vegetables In evening: 1.5 hour workout Post workout: 100 gram paneer, 1 tsp whey protein with milk Dinner: same as lunch will it help me to build my body and muscles nd keep me healthy?
