Hello Dr. I am 25 years old boy. I have vertigo problem. I did neck, brain MRI. Both are normal. Also did audiometry it is also normal. Thn also m suffering from vertigo problem. Whats the problem. Why it comes.

If all your tests are negative then ask yourself the following questions 1) do you lead a sedentary lifestyle like a desk job? 2) do you sit in front of a computer for long hours? 3) does your neck hurt especially over the back and upper shoulder? If the answer to any of these is yes, then your vertigo is most probably due to bad posture. It is the most common cause ESP in your age. The treatment is neck relaxation exercises, yoga, etc.
