First of all its not a natural food or a replacement for food. So the question of good for health does not arise. It's a personal choice that people make. Alcohol in any form acts as a stimulant and so can be addictive. So beware of its bad effects - it can damage the liver and the whole of blood vessels in the long run. So moderation is the only way if you can't avoid it. Also check your liver profile (blood test) and do sonography of the abdomen to see the status of liver. Maintain good health by adapting a healthy lifestyle and visiting the doctor for a routine checkup every year.
