Do not gain the weight by weight gainers the fate will be same, any thing that boosts after stopping it will come down. Go to Indian ways of good exercise, Yoga and good food need not be non veg, even with vegetarian food you can gain weight. Do not take any food that is advertised. It is a common sense that which is not good is only advertised, specially eating things. Just think if it is good it does not need advertisment.
