My lower right second molar which was an old case of RCT was extracted on 01 June. The pain is still severe, on diclofenac ink twice a day. Dentist says its healing. I doubt. Can some wise Dr. advice pl?

Yes it takes some time for healing, donot worry at all. Do some rinse with lukewarm water and a pinch of salt in it about 5-6 times a day for a week.

Diclofenac is a prescribed for pain, along with this you may require antibiotic also some times, if dentist has said it is healing, as a home remedy you can rinse with a warm salt water 3-4 times daily, if pain comes down then it's fine ,if pain worsens then antibiotic is necessary.
