I am 22 years female, I have a hair problem from 2 years, but from a year am taking a homeopathy treatment from Dr. Batras clinic, but I didn't find any improvement, I had thyroid problem before and I used medicines for 3 months, then I tested again three times but all the three times I got normal thyroid, but I had low iron levels, my height is 153 cms and weight 63 kgs, suggest me how to thick my hair and increase iron levels?
