I am a male and married to my wife for last one and half year. But we haven't been able to do intercourse till now. Initially she resisted and didn't let me do it and I used to masturbate. Slowly I got used to masturbation and started satisfying myself with masturbation only. Now that she wants to do it but I find it very difficult because I do not find my erection very hard and so we are not able to do it. I get erection for a very short while initially but as soon as I start trying entering my penis into her vagina, it comes down and we are not able to it. Now it has started giving frustration to both of us and pressure from our families is also ruining our married life. Is there any hope with us. Can I get treated and become normal.

Hi, Impotence can also be caused by lack of emotion or due to problems in a relationship. This type of impotence is termed as psychological impotence, as the erection fails to occur due to psychological reasons. You need proper counselling to overcome your problem as your problem is more of psychological. Medication is last line of action in your case.
