Dear Lybrateuser, - To increase your weight you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein foods along with regular exercise - have more of protein foods, eggs, milk & milk products, non veg foods, whole grains, soya beans & soya products, tofu, mixed nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashew, peanuts, also fruits & vegetables - have 8-10 glasses of water per day or even more if you are exercising regularly - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, playing games, also do moderate weight lifting 2-3 times a week, include yoga & deep breathing to keep your mind calm & body fit - consult a dietician to plan a proper diet as per your daily calorie requirement including protein requirement to build muscles which will increase your weight in a healthy manner.
