Hello doctor, I am currently of age 24 but looks like 17 or 18 years. My weight is nearly 57.5 kg now and ht is 5 ft-8 inch. Looking very skinny and have no muscle, even can't fit 38 size t-shirts. During my engineering life from 1st year to 4th year my weight is b/w 53-58 kg. How I can get weight and be muscular. Any remedies, suggestions and treatment. Please help me.

For this reduces physically activities. Take sweet like sugar, take rice potato .sleep after each meal. Take lots amount of water after 2 hours of meal. And take multivitamins supplementary supradyn 1 tab once a day for only one month.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs.
