I' am taking anti-depressants for about 2 years now, my anxiety and mood swings decreased substantially once I started taking them. While I continue to take them, I wonder if there are foods that can compliment my medicinal intake to keep my serotonin levels healthy.

Antidepressants usually act by modulating the level of serotonin. There are certain foods which can have an impact on serotonin. However not significant enough to be of any clinical use.
