I have jaundice. Total serum bilirubin is 1.9 and SGPT is 27. Can I eat mango, lichi.

Dear user since your bilirubin is more you are requesting to avoid Mango since mango is heavy to digest and your liver is not in good shape to get it digested. It is better if you give adequate rest to your liver and eat lite meals a day and plenty of oral fluids. Thnx.
