Low iron and vitamin B levels, increased vomiting leading to fluid loses and increased stress during pregnancy could be the reason for your hair fall. Ensure that you take frequent healthy meals. Include more green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits in your diet. Take milk and milk products, chicken, paneer etc for proteins. Soak 5 almonds at night and consume them in the morning. Drink lots of water, fresh lime water, chhach, green tea etc. With proper diet and iron supplements, your problem will be over soon. Do not worry. All the best.
