Hi from the history you are giving it seems you are suffering from Chronic constipation. Relieving chronic constipation takes a multifaceted, lifestyle approach: 1. Get Regular Go to the bathroom at the same time each morning. Make this your morning "habit, as colonic motor activity is highest at this time. 2. Relax Because stress can interfere with relaxation of the whole body, including the bowels, it's important to use some type of relaxation technique daily. 3. Increase Fluids Drink plenty of liquids. It's recommended that you drink at least eight glasses of liquid (preferably water) each day. Drink more on hot days and when you are exercising 4.Bulk up your diet Dietary fibre and bulk fibre laxatives such as psyllium or methylcelluose -- taken with plenty of fluids -- work well for relieving chronic constipation. 5. Stay Active and Exercise daily A colonoscopy examines your large intestine (colon and rectum) for signs of colon polyps, colorectal cancer, and other conditions. A long, flexible tube with a camera attached to it (colonoscope) is inserted through your rectum into your colon. During colonoscopy, the colonoscope enables your doctor to access your bowel to irrigate, suction, or inject air into the region, and to pass specialized instruments through it, as needed. Tissue and polyps may be removed for further examination and treatment.
