I want to know either Rock salt (????? ??? )is as harmful as sea salt .i am taking always rock salt in my diets .and feel good .but few people say are bhai namak toh namak .kripya aap batayen ki ki rock salt khan thank hai ya galt .mai apse uttar ka intzaar karunga pl. Doctor Thanks.

Rock salts are rick in minerals like calcium, phosphorus because it is unprocessed wheras table salt is iodinated which prevent thyroid disease. Rock salt is bit expensive .the thing is you can get minerals from other items also but table salt is classic supply of iodine. You are on diabetic medication so you should not consume salt in high quantity as it will pose you to future blood pressure issues.
