I usually get little bit pain in my right testicle from over a month now. The pain grows high if I wear tight underwear. Though I am comfortable with half pants. Want solutions.

However undergarment is just reminding you of the pain as it comes continuously in close contact with the testicles. You might be suffering from orchitis or testicular infection.
